Bosnian Serb political leader Radovan Karadzic and General Ratko Mladic were indicted on Nov 16, 1995. Two Serbian officers were indicted for their involvement in mass executions of Croatians. Cases against Bosnian Croats, Muslims, and related topics are discussed.

Indicted Army officers evade arrest

Article Abstract:

Colonel Alexander Hernandez, Captain Billy Joya Almendola, and Major Manuel de Jesus Trejo disappeared after a Honduran court ordered their arrest. The officers may receive amnesty under agreements that cover human-rights abuses committed in the 1980s.
