Article Abstract:
From 1993 to 2003, Australian industry has become more productive and outward looking, and in 2004, the requirement for businesses to become globally competitive would increase. According to evidence, a business is far more likely to be successful if it is a leader in a low-growth industry, than a follower in high-growth industry.
