Has 360 degree feedback gone amok?
Article Abstract:
The effective implementation of the 360 degree feedback program among organizations can result in the success of the process and improvement for the organization. The decision to adopt the 360 degree feedback program has been triggered by pressures from competitors and need to improve appraisal processes. However, successful implementation entails steps such as consultation with the experts, introduction of a pilot program, creation of focus groups to determine effectiveness criteria measures and evaluation of the process.
