Long-run IPO performance analysis of German and Spanish family-owned businesses
Article Abstract:
The trends in the initial public offerings by German and Spanish family-owned businesses from 1999 to 2000 are discussed. A comparative analysis of the said trends is also presented. Regression analysis is used for the purpose of analyzing the trends.
