More questions are raised about the level and quality of the information disclosed to the market by the biotech managers and directors, who jump to make the most of the revival of investor interest in the biotech sector. Announcements by some small science companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, suggest that some directors have liberally interpreted their disclosure requirements.
