Author Salman Rushdie describes the influences for his most recent book, 'The Ground Beneath Her Feet.' The book centers on rock and roll music, and Rushdie enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley as a child. He also has met several rock singers. He believes that his life is becoming his own again after the death sentence was lifted by the Iranian government.
