Article Abstract:

Larissa Vakulina, a Russian engineer-economist, has built Expo-Trade, a 20 million dollars export business but the unadventurous attitude and timidity of Australian banks and suppliers is preventing others from exporting their supplies to a rapidly changing Russia. She further says that there is a big market for mining equipments as Siberian mines are all private and needs modern technology but the Australians do not trust Russians.

Dishonest operators are exploiting the investors and creditors as the property boom has become repulsive in Australia. The government authorities seem powerless to stop the companies and individuals from escaping creditors' claims.
