Sales glitch

The sales commissions payable to the sales force of the department stores David Jones and Myer is revised causing a lot of disgruntlement amongst the salesmen. Mark McInnes, David Jones's chief executive has taken a firm stand on the issue even as Kevin Penozza, managing director of SalesForce is seeking a mutually acceptable solution.

The Australian Stock Exchange is now experiencing decline in it's growth after an upsurge during 1990's where it had produced a 35% margin, had a the highest share price of $18.92 and experienced the highest dividends. The causes for its decline and future plans to manage growth are discussed.
