The small businesses people find it hard in finding a successor, the children of these entrepreneurs may have different goals and if they want to sell the business, they donEt get the expected price. The golden handcuffs plan is one way of dealing with the succession plan, transferring the business to one of the trusted employees. The golden handcuffs plan is discussed for its advantages and disadvantages.
