Therapeutic Goods Administration suspended Pan Pharmaceuticals' license to manufacture health and nutrition supplements as a result of which Jim Selim, chief executive of Pan Pharmaceuticals resigned. The company has two options of either liquidating or according to Fred Bart, saving the company and making the most of its troubles that has to be ultimately decided by the creditors.
