Watch what I do: leadeship behavior sends the strongest message

Article Abstract:

The sole purpose of marketing is to elicit the desired response from the target audience. In the case of external marketing it is the customer who constitutes the target market and in internal marketing it is the employee. Strong management that leads the employee in the desired path, is what is needed for present day organizations. The significance of leadership behavior of the management to bring about an integrated management strategy that addresses all the drivers of employee commitment, is discussed.
