British Air's net soars 22% amid strong demand

Fiscal third-quarter net profit for British Airways PLC rose 22% to reach 623 mil pounds sterling, with revenue increasing to 6.62 bil pounds sterling. Economy-class passenger traffic rose by 0.9%, while more lucrative premium traffic increased between 5% to 10% in each of the three months comprising the quarter.
