Article Abstract:

Economic conditions of Seoul and their influence on South Koreas Economic development are discussed. The reasons for failure of the South Korean governments project to improve life in Seoul by moving the government out of town are also discussed.

Scientists from South Korea announced that they had successfully cloned the world's first human embryo and extracted a stem cell. Despite this success, South Korea lacks the funds to realize its biotech dreams.
