Coke expands Russian presence with juice deal

Coca-Cola Co. is to acquire Multon Co., the second largest juice maker in Russia, in the fifth largest global market. The acquisition is valued at approximately $650 million. Coca-Cola Co. is concentrating its soft drinks industry on emerging markets in Russia, China, Brazil and India.
