US/COSTA RICA: COLOPLAST TO MOVE PRODUCTION

The Danish company Coloplast is to close down its American plant for production of special textiles for women who have operated their breasts. The plant is situated in Alabama and has 60 employees. The company's plant in Costa Rica will take over the production. This plant will now employ 20 persons.

DENMARK: NEW STATE PRISON IN HORSENS

The oldest state prison in Denmark, which is located in Horsens, will be replaced by a new one. The new prison will host 180 prisoners. Investments will total nearly DKr 0.5bn (USD 0.07bn), and tender invitation will be sent out to all EU countries.
