A comparative analysis of data envelopment analysis, stochastic production frontiers, panel data and distance functions, is presented based on their application to Spanish trawl fishery operating in Moroccan waters. These methods are used to analyze technical efficiency.

Phase I cycling under the most-obtuse-angle pivot rule

An analysis of the most-obtuse-angle pivot rule as the optimal choice for optimizing the Phase I linear programs is presented. The ratio-test-free rule is used to analyze the Phase I linear program cycling's efficacy in achieving primary and dual objectives.
