FIC CZ equips itself with a company information system

Article Abstract:

FIC CZ (Rudna u Prahy, Czech Republic), computer manufacturer, plans to expand to the European market from 2001. The firm has a chance to become one of the largest European personal computer and laptop manufacturers. It needs adequate information infrastructure, which should ensure sufficient efficiency and flexibility. That is why FIC CZ has charged Logica CR (Czech Republic) with the setting up of complex information infrastructure, which will cover all the sectors of its operation. An information system worth CEK 36 mil will be installed at FIC CZ during the first stage.
