FRANCE: AURELIEN GRENOUILLEAU OFFERS 25CL BOTTLE
Article Abstract:
Aurelien Grenouilleau, supplier of Bordeaux wines, has launched a 25cl bottle with a cork stopper. Until now, only low quality wines designed to be consumed within a short time have been sold in 25cl bottles, with a screw top. However, research indicates that wine drinkers are now placing more emphasis on quality than on quantity, with many enjoying being able to taste and compare different varieties. The new bottle, known as Damoiselle, is being produced on a new bottling line. The Damoiselle range consists of two clear PVC pouches which each contain three different wines.
