For cattle or schools: state trust lands
Article Abstract:
Cattle ranchers face a battle from environmentalists in the western US over obtaining rights to lands typically leased for grazing. The ranchers offer very little for the rights, thus making the states little money when the land is worth far more, and are fighting demands for competitive bidding.

Most causes of deafness can be traced to missing or damaged hair cells. Researchers are attempting the determine what controls the growth of hair cells and how to stimulate that growth if needed to restore hearing.
