The Bosnia decision
Article Abstract:
The US and its European allies decided against military intervention in Bosnia-Herzegovina, which will assure dominance by Serbian forces. Safe havens for Muslims will become far more vulnerable, and Serbian success may encourage other countries to undertake ethnic cleansing.

Article Abstract:
The distribution of food and medical supplies has helped save Muslim lives in Bosnia-Herzegovina, but more United Nations troops are needed to stop further bloodshed. A larger military presence could force Bosnian Serbs to accept the Vance-Owen peace plan.
