Managing organizational transitions: implications for corporate and human resource management

Article Abstract:

Companies all over the world increasingly need to better understand the management of organizational growth if they are to remain successful in the long-term. An explanation of organizational effectiveness is presented and an organizational life cycle model is discussed, with reference to the implications for corporate and human resource management.
