More and more businessmen and women are taking advantage of cheaper airfares by using low-cost, no-fills airlines, such as Go or EasyJet.Low-cost airlines offer basic travel, no drinks or food and are often limited as to the airports which they can land at. This does not deter thousands of travellers who opt for a cheaper travel option. Up to 78% of 3,000 business questioned in a survey claimed they were willing to at least try low-cost travel options to see how it differs from business-class.

Business people throughout Europe are beginning to discover travelling by rail between major city destinations can be cheaper, quicker and less stressful than the traditional method of flying. Travelling from the UK to European destinations can be quite expensive as fares will include the Eurostar section of track, although overall costs are cheaper than by air. Passengers also have more time to relax, have less time to wait and are deliver closer to their final destination.
