Plenty of muck, not much money

Article Abstract:

Ukrainians are among the labor migrants seeking work in central European countries such as the Czech Republic. There are an estimated 80,000 Ukranian workers in the Czech Republic, where unemployment is at some 10% and wages are low. Ukranians earn less than Czech workers and may have to pay part of their low earnings to middlemen. Ukrainian women are often lured into prostitution, and there is a market for their services in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
