Ukraine's Parliament moves to stabilize budget

The Ukraine has revised and unanimously passed the 2005 budget that concentrates on cutting the deficit and doing without tax breaks. The budget will also aid in curbing inflation which hit 12.3 percent, a high of 4 years, in 2004.
