Parliamentary privilege

Article Abstract:

The Edinburgh festival has been held in Scotland in 1999, and there have been parallels developed between the desire for autonomy in Catalonia, Spain and Scotland, Britain. This has led to two plays being commissioned, one from each locality, and both shown together. Meanwhile, Krystian Lupa's 'The Sleepwalkers' has been especially successful. The work is an adaptation of a novel about German society by Herman Broch, which was set in the period from 1880 to 1918.
