Building brands is the next challenge facing the financial sector. Financial institutions are now recognizing the power of brands, especially at a time when competition is becoming more fierce and the channels of distrubution are being blurred. An institution's brand strategy will influence product development, resulting in a common experience for all customers that reinforces what the brand promises.
