Quality management: a key process in the service industries

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to improve project planning capabilities in the service industry. Project management strengths and weaknesses in the industry are examined. Results show that project managers from the service industry achieve the lowest score in quality management processes. Quality management in the industry also has the most significant impact on project success.
