Pres Clinton's economic plan has won approval of US voters. He will cut the deficit through decreased military spending and increased taxation of the rich, while still funding many social programs. However, the chances of the plan passing Congress without revision are slim.

Article Abstract:
The Clinton Administration's plans for reducing the deficit include an end to the cold war radio stations that began in the 1950s. The staff of the radio stations contend that they still offer news services that are useful to Eastern Europe.
