Small Business May Be Entering a 'Golden Age'
Article Abstract:
Large organizations are finding it hard to adapt to technological changes in the business world. Smaller companies can make decisions faster and seize business opportunities more effectively. One entrepreneur, Heinz Greiffenberger, illustrates how management of smaller businesses is easier and more effective with regard to international competition. Greiffenberger's strategy involves exporting only quality products where technology will promote the best value. The gross profit is increased by reducing costs and selling quality products at high cost.
