Guiding consumer apathy

Article Abstract:

A research was conducted by Direct Energy Essential Home Services and Enbridge Home Services on household maintenance and energy retailing. The research showed that advertising can be directed and melt consumers' apathy by encouraging them to become more informed about the infrastructure of their homes and businesses and help them save money.
