Trendspotting

Article Abstract:

Advertising agencies have different ways of identifying what is going to be a trend. Trend spotting is very essential for ad agencies since it allows them to determine how a certain product is to be marketed to a certain target audience, which is usually the youth market. The biggest challenge for ad agencies is how to determine a trend before it becomes one, otherwise trend-based marketing campaigns will not only be a waste of money but also detrimental to advertisers.
