What's News... New Philosophy on the Software Scene
Article Abstract:
Softsel from the United States is setting up a wholesale operation in the United Kingdom to market Apple products. Softsel will handle software packages, hardware and computer books from a wide variety of vendors and sell them only to dealers. Part of their marketing plan is to offer the dealers a thirty day no-risk evaluation period on any product that Softsel handles. The dealer can then decide on whether to stock the merchandise or send it back to Softsel. Softsel is also offering dealers a very descriptive master catalog to use in making their selection and is in the process of setting up a product service for handling dealer inquiries and problems.
