Boeing will pay $4.5 million for wage inequities

The women and minority employees settled out of court in Washington their wage inequity lawsuit against Boeing Co. in the amount of $4.5 million. As a result of this Boeing, which is a federal contractor, will conduct a company wide survey and will review its labor practices instead of settling it one at a time.

Plant asks to burn tires as fuel
