The city of Pennsylvania will get its first high-rise residence, a $75 million project, to be constructed in the city in two decades. The 16-story building is slated to be completed in early 2002.

Clearing the way for new office park at Navy Base; the city will soon prepare 60 acres in the hopes of attractng a developer

At the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, formerly the Phildadelphia Navy Base, land will be cleared for development of an office park. When the base closed in 1996, 11,000 jobs were lost. The Philiadelphia Industrial Development Corp. also hopes to convert historic buildings nearby into leasable property.

Firm holds a monopoly on offices in Radnor
Article Abstract:
The Rubenstein Company that turned heads in the real estate industry when it brought the big Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals Inc. campus in Radnor was a big test for this family-owned firm. The company has the only office real estate monopoly in the Philadelphia region.
