Credit conundrum

Article Abstract:

Former Representative Gary Beard's proposed movie studio complex in Baton Rouge, Louisiana has caused the filing of several lawsuits against him. Beard has qualified for tax credits but the state refused to grant them as there have been questions about his expenditures on the proposed half-billion complex project. Details of the issue are discussed.

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal's biggest obstacles will be managing the expections of what he can realisticaly attain during his term. Jindal must improve the underperforming education system, health care delivery system and the state's economy.
