Deadbeat parent net is too wide, lawyers say

The state of Pennsylvania, which has almost 700,000 persons in default of child support payments, has introduced a new program aimed at collecting child support from deadbeat parents. The state is sending delinquency notices to the parents which warn of tax refund seizures, wages garnishment, driver's license suspensions and passports revocations.

Norway glacial water may be bottled here
Article Abstract:
Norway's Isbre Holding Corp. will build a new 60,000-square-foot bottling plant for water near the Tioga Marine Terminal by September 2000. Isbre, which holds exclusive rights to a glacier spring in Norway, will import the water to Philadelphia in 10-million-gallon tankers.
