Tom and Joe Macini are planning to built a building on the North Philadelphia site, the vacant lot they own, which would cost more than $1 million. American Supply Co., led by Joe Macini, took advantage of tax breaks to move to the city from Norristown that helped them to arrange financing through lending sources thus helping them move onto American Street.
