Erroll Melville's Megatronics is poised to take advantage of two trends in the production of PC boards: use of solder mask over copper, and flush-mounting of components. Both are compatible with the automated solder-coating process developed by Megatronics. Its automated plants turn out 1000 boards every 90 minutes.
