Article Abstract:
Holger Timm, CEO of Berliner Freiverkehr, a brokerage with offices in Berlin and Frankfurt stated that he listed Environmental Solutions in 2005, among 800 U.S. companies he picked from the Nasdaq Over the Counter Bulletin Board. A sinister view propagated mainly by some executives of the 800 companies is that trading in Berlin will allow unscrupulous investors to circumvent new U.S. rules aimed at curbing improper short-selling of stock.
