Customers demand order increases, as well as repairs of 300,000 defective converters Texscan acquired with the GTE Sylvania cable TV plant. DentaHealth bought out; creditors may go unpaid

Health-Tech's DentaHealth clinic chain has been sold to Dentist Place, and all clinics will operate under the name Dentanomics. Although Health-Tech has had serious financial problems, its franchised clinics continued to make money. Their assets and secured debts were purchased. Gordon and his partners will work for Dentanomics.

Media buyers survey says KZZP sales force lacks professionalism

A Phoenix area radio sales study by Coleman Research named the sales staff of KZZP and KOPA as the least professional, and that of KNIX as the most professional. The survey respondents were also asked to rate the importance of various market research factors in buying time.
