A high signal-to-noise Ca2 probe composed of a single green fluorescent protein
Article Abstract:
Fluorescent protein-based Ca2 probes are difficult to utilize in cells because of low signal-to-noise ratio. A high-affinity Ca2+ probe that is made up of a single GFP has been developed.
