Article Abstract:

A fashion show featuring projects by students from MIT, Harvard, Parsons, and the Rhode Island School of Design that highlights works at the crossroads of technology and fashion is discussed. Such shows allow designers to refine their pieces in an age when wearable technologies and ready-to-wear have grown closer and hardware that is smaller, faster and higher-resolution is a better match for the fashion industry's soft and flexible material.
