Quality Software Products

Article Abstract:

Quality Software Products carried out a stock flotation in 1993, and has since seen volatility in its stock price. Order delays led to a drop in sales toward the end of 1995 and a restructuring was carried out following the appointment of Ian Stewart as chief executive in 1996. The company's internet products have growth potential, and a rights issue has raised funds for expansion, which has boosted the company's risk profile. The company's past has affected its stock price, but this could change.
