P-cards, like credit cards, provide easier and means of payment and removes paperworks in transactions, however, it has no front-end data for accounting. On the other hand, e-procurement works better since it has front-end purchasing data, however it is expensive and uses web browsers. In addition, e-procurement does not show settlement records and is unable to show items bought.
