Report is critical of V-22 Osprey
Article Abstract:
The Project On Government Oversight (POGO) has reported that V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft suffers safety and human factors problem. The aircraft was re-engineered and rebuilt making it safer and new procedures for flying them were instituted. The unresolved problems with the V-22 are detailed.
