Article Abstract:
Several tips on how accountants can avoid the prospect of legal action for professional negligence, while offering tax advice are presented. One of the recommendations suggest that advisers should understand the law clearly when offering tax advice, and keep up-to-date knowledge with changes in tax law and practice.
