This study finds that salespeople can significantly impact consumers' outcome perceptions. A look at the importance of initial contact with salespeople on consumers' perceptions of value and the impact of salesperson service is discussed.

The effect of price bundling on consumer perceptions of value

Article Abstract:

The value of an all-inclusive pricing strategy at a health resort/spa is considered better by first time consumers even if the price is high. This result shows that consumers evaluate more than quality and price when determining value.

Application of brand equity measures in service markets

Article Abstract:

Research information into the credit card industry in reference to brand equity are given. The results show that brand equity correlates with market share in the predicted direction.
