Shareholders at Total Renal Care Holdings have been taking profit by reducing their shares and selling as much as 55% of their holdings. On Aug 15, 1997, a total of 465,000 shares at the price of $43.25 each have been disposed. Chmn Victor Chaltiel reduced 38% from his holdings, selling as much as 350,000 shares. General Counsel Barry Cosgrove disposed of 60,000 shares amounting to 55% of his holdings. COO Leonard Frie and CFO John E. King each sold 30% equivalent to 40,000 shares and 45% which is 15,000 of his shares, respectively.
