Career counselors are alerted to the need for more team players in today's complex world. This need comes from the dynamic complexities taking place in the workplace. Career service professionals are thus enjoined to better prepare job hopefuls for this emerging employment climate. A better grasp of societal and economic trends that gave rise to this shift in organizational psychology is encouraged.

129Xe NMR of mesoporous silicas
Article Abstract:
It has been possible to use 129Xe NMR spectroscopy to characterize the porosities of three mesoporous silica materials. It was found that a mesoporous silica prepared with 70% of methanol as a cosolvent in the surfactant solution has pores which are hardly accessible to the xenon.
