FRANCE: PRODETA BOUGHT BY HOECHST ROUSSEL VET

The French company Prodeta SA has been acquired 70% by Wiesbaden-based Hoechst Roussel Vet GmbH. The German company has the option for the remaining shares of Prodeta, which was until now a subsidiary of Guyomarch Nutrition Animale SA and generates an annual turnover of about FFr 23mn.
